Fire Drawn LLC is a United States company. Juan Pedro López makes the work by hand in Montevideo, Uruguay. Custom work is an agreement to make an original pyrography piece, not the sale of ready-made stock.

Quotes are valid as stated in the message. Payment is by Stripe invoice or Payment Link in USD, sent by email after you approve a mockup. Funds are received by Fire Drawn LLC in the United States. A deposit begins the work. The balance is due on a second invoice before shipping.

Juan retains copyright in his drawings. You receive the physical piece. Reproduction (including laser copies of the design) needs written permission.

We ship to the United States via FedEx. Special commissions outside normal scope may have different shipping. You are responsible for a correct address and for import duties. Risk passes according to the carrier’s terms once the parcel is handed over.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to Fire Drawn LLC, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country.
