How Fire Drawn takes payment.
Payments / Deposits
50% deposit after mockup approval, before burning starts.
Balance due before the piece ships.
Deposit is non-refundable once work begins (refund only if Fire Drawn cancels).
Multi-item orders: 50% of the discounted total (after 15%/20% if applicable).
We send Stripe invoices or Payment Links in USD.
Shipping
Free shipping to the US via FedEx. Special commissions outside normal scope may have different shipping.
More than one piece
2 items: 15% off each. 3 or more: 20% off each.
Large wall pieces or scrolls and any custom piece $500+ stay at 15% off on multi-item orders.
