Because each commission is unique — your drawing, your size, your name — completed custom work cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

If a parcel arrives damaged in transit, photograph the packaging and the piece within 48 hours and write to Fire Drawn. We will look for a repair, remake, or carrier claim as the case allows.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work begins. Refund only if Fire Drawn cancels.
