Privacy

The commission and contact forms collect your name, email, phone, ship-to country, description, and any files you upload, and send them to Fire Drawn — they are not a public gallery.

When you pay a deposit or balance, we send a Stripe invoice or Payment Link. Cards are processed by Stripe for Fire Drawn LLC (United States). We do not see or store full card numbers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment data.

We use your details to quote, make, ship, and reply — not to sell lists. Emails go to jplopez@firedrawn.com.

To ask for deletion of a stored brief or upload, write to jplopez@firedrawn.com. Fire Drawn LLC is a United States company; the artwork is made in Montevideo, Uruguay. Legal requests follow applicable US law, without prejudice to rights you may have where you live.
